DELIVERY

Flat rate $11.50 Australia wide. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is out for delivery with Australia Post. Their delivery time is generally 2-4 days within one state and 3-6 business days interstate.

REFUNDS

Will be given for faulty or damaged goods only. Please email cheekymonkeycandles@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the fault/damage showing the box and packaging etc as it was received. We will assess the fault/damage and offer a refund at our discretion.

Our candles are handmade with natural soy wax which may result in slight variations in colour, scent and appearance. This is perfectly normal, not a fault, and will not affect the quality, scent or burn of your candle.
